Spiral is a 100% distributed company with team members in Wellington and the Hawkes Bay. We work smarter and keep things flexible around work and family.

What it’s like to work at Spiral
The work we do supporting medical researchers has the potential to improve the health and well-being of people around the world. Every member of our team contributes to completion and success of every study we work on.
We value deliberate effort where people bring their best game to the table.
The few meetings we have are usually online. We use Skype, Slack and JIRA to stay in touch with each other. Twice a year we get together to work and play.

Got an appointment or need to pick the kids up after school? No worries, our hours are flexible.
Vacations and paid holidays
In addition to 4 weeks paid leave and public holidays, Spiral offers a few extra personal days every year, when needed.
Standing desks
Want a standing desk? After you have been with us for 6 months we will pay for a standing desk or desk add-on up to $800

100% of hardware & software
Once you have been with us for 90 days, whatever hardware, software or services you need to do your job are 100% on us.
$1000/annum education allowance
Learn something new or further your skills, we encourage ongoing learning and will cover education costs up to $1,000/year.
Broadband allowance
Spiral will pay 100% of your broadband allowance, no questions asked.
