Our team: Service Delivery
Strategic direction & culture
The Service Delivery Team works alongside clients throughout the lifecycle of a study, helping translate research requirements into practical trial delivery. From implementation and testing through to ongoing support, the team helps ensure studies run smoothly while maintaining strong relationships with trial teams around the world.
Who is Gosia?
I've always been drawn to work that combines people, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Over time, I found myself increasingly interested in research and project delivery, particularly in environments where collaboration and adaptability are essential. That naturally led me into clinical trials and the work we do at Spiral.
Today, I work closely with clients and study teams to help navigate complex projects, solve problems, and create clarity in situations where there are often many moving parts. What I enjoy most is the variety — every study, client, and challenge is different, which means there is always something new to learn.
What's filling Gosia’s brain space right now?

Currently exploring
Working effectively across different study teams and stakeholder groups
Building strong client relationships during complex projects
Continuing to grow my knowledge across a wider variety of clinical trials and research environments
Still to add: favourite books, podcasts, articles, or conference presentations.
What trials I’m working on
I'm currently excited about the opportunity to support a wider variety of studies and clients, including PLATIPUS, a large neonatal platform trial spanning Australia and New Zealand.
My perspectives
PLATIPUS crosses maternal care, neonatal care, and intensive care. Depending on the situation, the participant may be the mother, the baby, or both. Consent pathways and clinical workflows differ for each trial participant type. And the standard of care and intervention methods across different settings will often differ, too.
