Development Team
The Development Team designs, builds, and maintains the technology that powers Spiral's clinical trial infrastructure. Working closely with Product Owners, testers, and clients, they transform complex trial requirements into secure, reliable platforms that support researchers around the world.
Who is Craig?
I've been part of Spiral's journey since before clinical trials became our primary focus. As the company evolved, I evolved alongside it, helping build and support the infrastructure that underpins everything we do today.
Over several decades working across software development, infrastructure, and technical support, I've learned that the best systems are the ones people rarely have to think about. My role is to ensure our platforms remain reliable, secure, and ready to support both our development team and the researchers who rely on our technology.
I enjoy the variety that comes with working behind the scenes. Every day brings a different challenge, and there's always something new to solve.

Most of my time is spent solving technical challenges and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. It's work I genuinely enjoy, and there's always another problem waiting to be solved.
