Product Quality Team
The Product Quality Team helps ensure every Spiral platform is reliable, intuitive, and ready for real-world clinical research. Working closely with developers, Product Owners, and clients, the team tests complex workflows, identifies opportunities for improvement, and helps deliver software that researchers can trust.
Who is Anna?
As Product Quality Manager, I lead Spiral's Product Quality Team and oversee quality practices across the organisation. Working across multiple products and clinical trials, I help ensure our platforms are reliable, intuitive, and ready to support researchers around the world.
My background began in healthcare administration and medical secretarial roles across New Zealand and the United Kingdom, including cardiology and other specialist services. That experience gave me a real appreciation for the pressures clinicians face every day and continues to shape how I approach quality and user experience.

Supporting adaptive platform trials
One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been contributing to large international adaptive platform trials, including PANORAMIC, REMAP-CAP, and SNAP. These studies continue to demonstrate the importance of reliable technology, strong collaboration, and robust quality processes in supporting complex global research.
Beyond Spiral you’ll find me
When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me spending time with family and friends, travelling around New Zealand, or cheering from the sidelines as my kids play football.
Much of my spare time revolves around family life, balancing adventures, road trips, and my unofficial role as the family's ‘Mum Uber driver.’
