Mel Booth
Mel Booth wears many hats at Spiral. From managing sprints to building wireframes, working with developers, to liaising with our clients, Mel is the epitome of level-headed; keeping cool, calm and collected while drawing heavily upon her project management experience to get her projects out the door.
The structure of her role at Spiral means she can easily work from home while managing relevant projects that are making a difference. In her day-to-day, she works with people from different backgrounds, from all across the world. This collaboration across time zones and navigating towards a common goal has been hugely rewarding for Mel.
Outside of managing globally impactful trials, Mel keeps busy entertaining her kids, walking the dog, working out or being overwhelmed by her overgrown garden! Something she promises she has plans for but constantly finds her ideas are bigger than her budget!

Project highlight:
Each release still gives me a huge sense of achievement - to see it finally go live is really rewarding. That, and my first full project implementation (STEPCARE), from paper to a full platform in a matter of months!
