Knowing that you’re working on something that is affecting every human being in the world - it’s powerful to think about and amazing to be involved in

From managing sprints to building wireframes, working with developers, to liaising with the client, Mel is able to draw heavily upon her project management experience to get her projects out the door. She enjoys being immersed in the medical industry and the technical challenges that come with it but loves the creativity involved with building wireframes, something she considers a strength of hers.

Mel Booth,
Project Manager

“I find my day-to-day work with Spiral so purposeful and interesting - I feel really engaged with what we’re trying to achieve.”

When she landed her role at Spiral, Mel knew she had found something unique. The structure of the role meant she could work from home with ease while being able to manage relevant projects that she finds are actually making a difference in the world. As human beings, Covid-19 has affected us all in one way or another and for Mel, being able to make a difference in this space has been a huge driver.

With her level-head, calm nature and logical mind, Mel is an ideal support to her passionate friends. In the Star Trek Universe Mel would be Spock.
