Whether you are at the beach or building a snowman, we will be monitoring your project making sure everything is running smoothly and that all our platforms are available for you.
Our team are on holiday from Friday the 22nd of December until Tuesday the 9th of January.
That being said our support lines are always open. If something happens during the holidays that requires our urgent attention please do the following:
In the first instance text your project manager to tell them there is an urgent issue and that you will call in 10 minutes.
Telephone in 10 minutes with details of the issue (please also send us an email or ticket with any extra information such as screenshots).
We will have a developer on call for any such incidents.
For all other non-urgent issues, please log Userback tickets to be triaged as usual when we return in the New Year.
