What's covered by your guarantee?
Should you ever discover a bug or a malfunction in the software we will
gladly fix it immediately without charge.
What's not covered by our guarantee?
Customers on our "Gold Hosting & Support Plan" are covered for everything
including hacker attacks and breaking the software themselves.
Customers on "Standard Hosting & Support Plans" are covered for
most things but not circumstances beyond our control. If you
break your website or you have have a hacker attack through means
beyond our control then sorry, you are not covered.
What's beyond our control?
These conditions apply to people on our "Standard Hosting &
Support Plans". People on our "Gold Hosting & Support" are covered
for any malfunction.
1. Future releases of web browsers. We adhere to the world wide web standards
of web development which gives you great protection from changes in future
browsers. Unfortunately we don't have a crystal ball and any future
browser releases that diverge from the world wide web standards are not covered
by our guarantee.
2. Code snippets. Our content management software (Nautilus) has been designed to allow you to add code snippets.
We cannot guarantee Nautilus when code snippets have been added to a page.
3. Code and content pasted from MS Word or other websites. We do not
guarantee Nautilus when you paste text or images from other sources.
4. Pasting from other websites. Pasting from other websites can transmit hidden
HTML tags and code snippets. We do not guarantee Nautilus when content has been
pasted from other websites.
5. FTP access. We will gladly give you FTP access to your website
if you ask. This enables you to make changes to the website and file
structure. We cannot guarantee other peoples work and enabling ftp
access for your website voids our guarantee.
For anything not covered by our guarantee we will work with you to identify the
issue and fix the problem. Our current hourly rate will apply.
